How we work
A Praxis deployment runs in three phases. The first two phases together take four to eight weeks of focused work. The third runs monthly under a service agreement once the first agents are passing their evals against your firm's own files.
Three phases
Phase 1
Charter
The first phase is a structured charter of your firm's own world. Over a series of partner and operations interviews, we walk through your firm's document inventory, the workflows most worth reclaiming, and the regulatory boundaries that govern both.
The charter produces a written deployment plan that names every agent we will ship, the owner inside your firm who signs each one off, the sequence in which agents come live, and the rollout calendar mapped against your firm's fiscal year. The plan also identifies any data that should be left out of the first wave, so the boundaries are named before the build starts.
Phase 2
Deploy
The build begins once your firm signs off on the charter. We provision the deployment inside your firm's own AWS or Azure account and ingest the historical document set the charter named. The first wave of agents ships into your environment alongside the chat interface and a partner-review console where partners approve each agent's output before it reaches a live workflow, and we train the team that will use the deployment.
Each agent passes a documented eval suite before it touches a live workflow. The eval methodology sits in the proposal as an exhibit: a curated test set drawn from your firm's own historical files, a numeric threshold per agent class, and a sign-off step where a partner reviews a sample of the agent's output and accepts the threshold against your firm's standard. The build takes two to four weeks, depending on how many agents the charter prioritized.
Phase 3
Operate
Ongoing operation begins once the first agents have passed their eval against your firm's own files. For the first 90 days, we hold weekly office hours with your partner group and your operations lead. The early cadence is dense by design, because small adjustments to prompts, agent boundaries, and the partner-review console compound fast while your firm is still building habits around the deployment.
After day 90, the cadence steps down to a quarterly business review with your partner group and a monthly operations check-in with the team that uses the agents day to day. Quarterly reviews cover capacity recovered, new agents your firm wants in the next quarter, and any regulatory shifts that warrant adjusting the eval suites.
Practice fit
Five regulated practice areas fall inside our current scope. The catalog for each is shaped by the documents the practice actually works on and the regulatory anchors the practice already operates under.
